A long time ago in a galaxy far away - I see a storm of meteorites and flying saucers being sucked into an unexplored galaxy. Where are they going? Are there stars or planets in the background, milky way that l forms the line of a horizon? Traveling below the surface gives me a meditative experience. It gives me a different perspective on life. Beneath the surface hides another mysterious world to discover. The feeling of floating and moving completely freely regardless of direction, I feel free. I can imagine that it is the same feeling that astronauts experience when they move in a weightless state. In my case, I undoubtedly choose swimming trunks instead of traveling in a capsule wearing a clumsy spacesuit in a confined space.
This collection represents a small selection of work that originate from Paul’s exploration of our underwater world.
